problem with SWX_DLI_READ_FOR_ROLE

I am experiencing problems in a function module :-
 
     SWX_DLI_READ_FOR_ROLE.
 
I want to use this function module to retrieve the names of the users
assigned in a particular plant. But I don't understand what should I pass to
get the appropriate results.
