Batch Input FI-Transaction F-41/F-43 Release 4.6x

Dear Colleguas,
 
I developped a workflow which fills per Batch Input fields in the screen's
of the transaction f-41 and f-43.
 
If I use ordernumbers for booking, the Batch Input stops on the customer's
system.
(If I test the BI on our system, there is no problem, all values are in the
right fields in the transcation. The screens are correct)
 
Do you know any tricks?
