Hi Robin,
Sounds like your agent assignment isn't working in production.
This message often just indicates that agent assignment has failed.

Suggest you check:
* Possible agents correctly assigned
* Specific agents correctly identified by the role attached to the
task/workflow
if you are using a role
* Buffering has been refreshed
* Possible agents have appropriate workflow authorisations assigned
in their security profiles (i.e. profile generator roles/activity
groups/etc.)
* If you are using HR and HR structural authorisation is on, check all
employees have access to TS* and WS* objects from HR.

Subject: Early Archiving : Agents of Type A could not be created

We are getting an error in an early archiving application : Agents of Type
A
could not be created. It works fine on our Test client but we get this error
in
the Production system. The task which is created successfully in Test is
TS00007869. I have verified that the event linkage (IMAGE ASSIGNED) as
enabled
and the various configuration and org assignments are same in Test and
Production.

I am stuck and would appreciate any help you can offer.
