WFBATCH sign on problems

I never had this problem, but when I have some trouble with WF-BATCH, I
normally try to look at SM58 to verify if there is some problem logged on
there.
 
Another think you can do is to look at Oss if there is some note about
"CALL_FUNCTION_SIGNON_REJECTED".
