how much time it takes to learn wf for implementation

Hello all,

This may sound a bit weird, but I'd like to know how much time it takes
approximately to learn R/3 Workflow (for implementation purposes) I'm asking
this because my manager wants me to learn it in 3 weeks. (without any
training etc, just the tutorials) Do you think this is possible? (I don't
think it is, but just to be sure)

Would you please make a few comments on the situation, many thanks in
advance...
