Configurability for Decision task.

Workflow guru's,
We have copied the Decision tasks and modified the task description texts for
our own purposes.
I have a few issues, which I hope some people might have answers to.
 
firstly, we have added a multiline container element to our task description.
When we see this multiline data in Business Workplace, the font is different to
the rest of the text, and unfortunately, it's very small and hard to read.
Does anybody know how to change the font in a Task Description?
I don't know much about SAPScript, but assume it has something to do with that.
 
secondly, when we look at a decision task within business workplace, the buttons
are up the top, and the description is at the bottom, can we easily swap these
around?
