Workflow Customizing on a CRM System

Hi all.
 
I have a question related to workflow customizing on a CRM system (2.0c). We
have run the automatic customizing in transaction SWU3 on this system, and
two customizing activities still have the 'lightning bolt' and return errors
as follows:
 
- "Generic decision task not classified as a general task" returns "task
definition not found"
 
- "SAP tasks not general" returns a blank screen
 
Can anybody tell me what's going on here? Does the workflow customizing for
a CRM system work differently, or are we missing the SAP standard tasks that
these customizing steps are looking for?
