Workflow and B2B

Hello,
I am currently on a site working with version 4.6c where there is a requirement
to implement the B2B module with an approval of shopping baskets created.
 Does B2B have its own workflow?  Or can I use SAPs' workflow?
I do not have much SAP experience and if someone could point me in the right
direction I would be most grateful.
