Substitutes in 4.6C

Hi,
 
I can't get the substitution working in 4.6c.
 
In T7760 I have the WFLOW-AUTOF = 'X'.
 
I am using the org plan to do an A210 relationship and
it doesn't work.
 
Even if I do a substitution within the wf inbox it
doesn't work.
 
Any suggestions?
