Missing Method Container Parameters

I have a workflow in our Development system that has a
method with a parameter and it shows up in my task
where I am use the method.  But in my Assurance system
I can see the method's parameter but I can't see in
the task that uses the method.  When I look at the
bindings I get the following message :
 
Binding definition does not correspond to (called)
container def.
 
Message no. W8 104
 
 
Its like its calling the incorrect object and its
method.  This is very frustrating!!!
 
I know that there was an OSS note 378487 sent out. And
I applied that.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
