Bi-lingual Work Item & Decision task Texts

Hi,
 
I implemented an WF in English & Japanese language.
I had to take care of two issues when logged in the 2nd language.
 
        1.      Translate all the decision Text, WI Text and long Text
                into the 2nd language.
 
        2.      Any transaction used (foreground or Background) in the WF
                must have all the descriptions in the 2nd language. If not,
                you get a fatal error. For example, in MB01 the Movement
type,
                Storage location, Material etc. must have descriptions in
both
                the languages.

I am trying to find a way to set up work item and decision task texts in 2
languages. (English and French)  The long descriptions for the work item
work perfectly.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
