Workflow notification via e-mail

Hi Everyone
 
We have setup the internet gateway and OSS note 131795 to allow e-mail notification of work items from workflow to the users e-mail client.
 
My question is concerning setting up of the auto - forwarding for the users. Under transaction SO36 it is possible for an administrator to set the auto forward up for a user id, but there seems to be no easy way for them to remove it.
 
Can anyone remember if there is an easy way for an adminstrator to remove an auto forwarding setting,if for example they make a typo when setting it.
 
I know you can login as the user and remove it, and that SO36 will not allow you to overwrite an auto forwarding entry if it allready exists and is active. So does anyone have any ideas on how we would allow an administrator to change this?
