OSS note for HR workflow in 4.x

In one of the ASUG sessions last week I mentioned an OSS note that
describes how to respond to HR updates in 4.x.  Its number is 307663.
 
In another session, I believe, someone asked for the name of an
SAP-supplied role-resolution function, in order to learn the interface.
One example is ARCHIV_EARLYINPUT_RESPONSIBLE.  Names of role-resolution
functions are stored in the FNAME field in table HRS1203.
