Problem passing object key to Outlook

Hello Todd,

have you checked if you have explicity set the
parameter for the document number?
If you work within a SAP session, the system memorizes
certain parameters so that you do not have to enter a
document number after aving posted it, e.g. Those
parameters are stored in a memory that is available
for all sessions within one SAP login.
If you start a work item from Outlook there is a new
login so that no parameters are set implicitly by a
TAC (as long as you do not set them per default in
your user profile). Therefore you have to set the
parameter within your object method.
Hope this helps
