Triggering Workflow - Events...

I dont think status management works with HR...

I have created a workflow that I want to trigger from someone being =
booked
on a training course - object type PDRELA_025 booked, rebooked or =
created
should be set trigger this. The events have been activated on the =
triggering
events tab for the workflow The workflow works fine when I use the =
start
workflow (test) transaction. However, when I actually book someone on a
course, rebook them etc, the workflow does not get triggered at all. I =
have
checked the event trace and the event does not appear there at all. How =
can
I get this event to actually appear in the event trace and hopefully =
trigger
my workflow?
 
Any ideas grategully appreciated!
