Activate event linkage without transport request.

Zamri, you're getting the wrong end of the stick. The note makes sure you get a transport request popup when DEactivating the event linkage, not the other way round. Event linkage is a customizing table entry, so you need to have a transport for it if you want to put a workflow live without making the production system changeable, and for reasons of integrity of the transport system in any case..

Hi all,
  I'm working on 4.6c. Has anyone able to activate the event linkage for
triggering event of task without getting the transport request pop-up. I did
apply note 324840, but still getting the pop up message.
