Mass change/retirement workflow

Where did WS00000024 (FI-AA Bulk change/retirement w/o revenue) go?  We are
upgrading from 31H to 46x and are evaluating our 46b environment.  Is there a
workflow that should be used in place of the WS0000024 workflow for bulk
changes/retirements of assets without revenue?  In 4.6 I only see WS25 and WS27.
These don't seem to fit into "without revenue."  Has anyone else experienced
this disappearance?
