Hi Hui,
 
you can define the attributes (up to 6 in 4.5B) via customizing
transaction SPRO.
Path: -> Basic -> Business Management -> SAP Business Workflow -> Basic
Configuration (System, SAP Business Workflow) -> Define Dynamic =
Columns.
 
You can select the entries for specific users and/or specific =
workitems.
 
For each entry define an active container element (e.g. &_WI_GROUP_ID&)
and (optional) a column header.
