I would not use BSVWCOUP3/BSVY. This module is in error and has been replace
by BSVWCOUP5/BSVZ from release 3.1G . If you are on an earlier release,
check with SAP if you still need to download development class DSVW from
sapserv.

I have several questions regarding Status Management, hope you can help me.
 
1.  Table BSVWCOUP3 is a allowed maintenance table.  Is there a
configuration path that I can go to maintain or just use transaction SE12?
 
2.  What is the difference between using status retrictions in transaction
BSVY and table field  BSVWCOUP3-EVENTFB?
