ALE changes made to the Org Chart

Hi All,
 
Has anyone used PFAL transaction to ALE changes to the Org Chart?
 
We are trying to capture information when Persons on the Org Chart are moved
from 1 Position or Job to another Position or Job.
 
Any insight from other WF experts doing this or with ideas on how this can
be done would be very helpful as we seem to be stuck. We used PFAL which
created an IDOC, but the IDOC does not seem to have the complete Org Chart
information on it.
