Shortdump when activating WF under 46C

Hi flowworkers,
 
we are encountering right now shortdumps when checking or activating a
workflow (ws) under 46C. has anyone encountered a similar problem and how
was it solved?
 
any hints are highly appreciated!

PS: On another 46c system i also did encounter short dumps, this time when
opening the workflow in the wf builder: here it turned out to be the 46b
sapgui. with 46d sapgui no shortdumps were encountered.
