WS01000015 - ESS Plausibility check change of address

Hello all
 
Does anybody know if the workflow described above is the one for ESS
Personal Information - Adress Changes ?
If so, how can I activate it ?
Because when I activate the triggering event ADDRESSEMP / REQUESTED and I
change the adress using ESS the changes are effected immediately and there
is no workflow that starts.
