If you would like to attend the workflow conference but are finding it
difficult to get permission from your company then read on!

It is worth reminding your company that this is not just a forum of
presentations, but also the opportunity to tell SAP development directly
about enhancements that would benefit your company. Often development
requests are more convincing on a face-to-face basis.

For example, feedback from the spring conference led a major improvement in
the display of users assigned to a work item. (Note 322697, downwards
compatible as far as Release 4.5b).

This aspect does not belittle the presentations, which have always been
highly informative and especially useful in terms of reducing development
time, learning about long-term strategies and above all swapping experiences
with other workflow users.

Hoping to see you in Tampa,
Alan Rickayzen
Business Process Product Management,
SAP AG
