have you released all events, attributes, and the object itself properly.
the release method for business objects have changed significantly from 3.1
to 4.x. you need to implement and release indidivdual object components as
well as the whole object.

Thanks, but I don't think this is it.
 
1.  I created the delegate as you described but output was still incorrect.
2.  I did not do this is 3.1H and the flow works swimmingly there.
 
Any other ideas?

Hi Mike,
 
did you check the delegation entry (SW01 -- Settings -- Delegate). If you
want to use self made methods, attributes etc.. of a child object type (your
one) you must delegate your child to the parent object type BUS2032.

We are in the process of upgrading to 4.6.  In 3.1H I created an extension
of BUS2032 (Z_BUS2032) to display sales orders after EDI input.  Now in 4.6B
the output on the EDI created orders continues to pick up BUS2032 instead of
my new one.  So, my workflow never starts because my triggering event does
not happen.
 
I checked VV12 and the output condition record is set up correctly.  I also
regenerated/activated/saved my extension, but nothing has worked.  This all
worked great in 3.1H.
 
Any ideas?
