Business Object Extension Not Working After Upgrade

Mike,
       Can you start the workflow by manually
generating the event and also check does the event is
getting published or not ? You can look into event log
.If every thing is ok then pls check the triggering
event bindings are correct in the workflow definition
and also check the workflow is activated or not ?
