[panda-users] Panda build

Is there some repository where I can start with a known configuration and
end up easily with a working PANDA build? From what I understand it's hard;
we have a coworker here who tried to build it, and he gave me a script but
said that it wasn't fully working.

@Simone  Do you have a working script of some sort? Ideally we could have
some kind of CI going, with some way to allow new users to quickly pull and
build PANDA reliably.
