[panda-users] Compiling user mode qemu

Hello,
I would like to compile PANDA for user mode (i am not actually sure if
this is supported). I tried to add the target x86_64-linux-user to
build.sh but I get compilation errors.

Is this a bug or is qemu-user not supported?
