[PageOneX] [dev] Help review PageOneX logs and... update RoR!

Puma worker killer is restarting server every 6 hours, to avoid issues with
memory leaks which are a normal plague in RoR. Since there are no declared
OOMs in that log you're showing, we could try removing it to see if it gets
more
