[OWW-Discuss] Notes from April steering committee meeting posted

One way to "spread the word" and increase the user base is to implement 
a viral system that would allow existing users to give accounts to 
others but with a limit - like GMail used to have.  For example, if I'm 
a user, I have five pre-approved accounts to give out and so would each 
of those five, etc.
