I upgraded our openfire to the evaluation version of Openfire
Enterprise as it provides many of the things here. For example,
check out the web client for users:
http://openwetware.org:9090/plugins/enterprise/sparkweb/index.jsp
For guest users, they can go here:
http://openwetware.org:9090/webchat
They can click on the 'help' group and all users logged in who are
in that group will receive a message asking if they want to take
the question and will initiate a web chat with them.
BTW, I also noticed that mozilla uses this same thing. They
encourage Firefox users to download the Spark client and to answer
questions that random users ask from the web
