[Olympus] Salvatore Frullani

Dear Colleagues,

	Sadly I learned that Salvatore Frullani passed away this morning.  Salvatore was a collaborator on OLYMPUS from the beginning and contributed to our experiment in many ways.  In particular, he helped with the readout electronics for the GEM detectors.  I would like to extend our sympathies to his family, friends, and colleagues.
