[Olympus] Monthly meeting

Dear Douglas,
If we believe that our SC and 12 deg. monitor are so good (relative 
within 1%) than why not to extract the charge asymmetry at those small 
Q**2. This looks as physics, though trivial.
Unfortunately I will not be able to join the Meeting as at the PANDA 
collaboration meeting now.
