[Olympus] Draft Slides for HSQCD Talk

Attached are my slides for the HSQCD conference in Gatchina next week.
There will be another talk on OLYMPUS. Denis is going to talk about the 
luminosity measurement. I will add some lumi plots in case we are not
in the same session.
