[Olympus] Weekly minutes recorders

Dear Colleagues,

	It is approaching five months since people requested that we start recording the minutes of the weekly collaboration meetings.  Since then the four MIT students and Lauren from ASU have each served as record keepers and have done an excellent job.

	When we started keeping minutes I created a sign-up list for people to volunteer to take minutes for month periods.  This list is kept at the top of the weekly minutes Wiki page:

	Starting next month there are no further volunteers.  Unless other individuals and/or institutes volunteer to record the minutes I expect this service will end.
