[Olympus] Preferred author list format

Dear Colleagues,

	I have closed the Doodle poll for selecting the preferred author list format.  The voting was very close with 37 people expressing their opinion.  The results were as follows:

      INSTITUTE    AUTHOR    PRINCIPAL

Yes        9         17         19
(Yes)     13          9          7
No        15         11         11

	The PRINCIPAL format received the most "Yes" votes but the sum of "Yes" and "(Yes)" for both PRINCIPAL and AUTHOR was the same at 26.  INSTITUTE was the least favoured and also received the most "No" votes.

	Consequent I propose that we adopt the PRINCIPAL format for this NIM paper.  We can discuss this further during the weekly meeting Monday if people wish.
