[Olympus] Accommodation in MIT dormitories for collaboration meeting.

Dear Colleagues,

	The next OLYMPUS collaboration meeting will be held at MIT Monday - Friday, 8 - 12 July, 2013.  The planned format will be to have the normal collaboration meeting Monday and Tuesday followed by concentrated software and analysis meetings on the following days.

	A limited number of rooms may be available in the MIT dormitories.  Availability is on a first come first serve basis.  Elsye Luc (elsye at mit.edu) at MIT will make reservations for you but she needs the following information as soon as possible:
