[Olympus] TOF Survey

Dear Colleagues, 

Yesterday, the TOF scintillators were surveyed in the hall w.r.t. sub-detector frames. 
Preliminary results are on the wiki (TOF section and also disassembly section). 

I did some simple checks on the left side data. The average scintillator width 
for L10  to 18 is 260.5mm instead of the nominal of 262mm. For the short ones
(L1 - L4) the width is 177.7mm, in good agreement with the design of 178mm.

L10-L18 have an average gap of 4mm.

Concerning the discussion we had on Monday, the relatively large gap between
the outer scintillators is at large angles,  between L17 and Ll18, not
at small angles as shown on Michael's picture. The outer scintillators L18 and R18
were not fixed very well and could have  moved easily.
