Dear Colleagues,

Many of you don't know how to upload files to the Wiki.

Even those who can upload to the Wiki often do it in a random and disorganized manner which makes it hard to correct accidents.

To help with this I have written a short, internal note with detailed instructions. I leave it to others to write internal notes on the hard tasks like using the cooker, MC, or to describe the magnetic field measurements, etc.

The pdf file is attached and also available on the Wiki under Internal Notes (first one since June, 2011 !).

Even if you think you know what you are doing please read it. We recently had a problem where the link to an old meeting was lost and I couldn't find plots for the PRC review I am preparing (hence my interest).

                                                    Cheers,
                                                            Douglas
