[Olympus] Beam time organization

Dear colleagues,

at the beginning the shift list filled up quite fast, but there are still 3 open shifts for next week, which have to be covered.
The other thing I want to draw your attention to is the list with important telephone numbers (wiki, Documentation section, first item). Please check if your numbers are still valid and adjust the responsible people name in case of a change.
For the success of our experiment it is absolutely crucial to have at least one expert per subsystem available at DESY within 1 hour during the whole time of data taking. I might be very useful to train at least a second person to have a fall back expert. These people should also be listed in wiki table (indicate them with a "2" behind the sub system name.
