[Olympus] ToF rates from Monte Carlo

Dear Michael,

I would say the agreement for the relation between the rates for 
various charge*polarity cases we've extracted from data and Axel 
reproduced with MC is quite good. This is clear indication on reasonable 
combination of ADC/TDC cuts and coplanarity condition, as well the 
background subtraction procedure we used for this analysis to select the 
elastic events.
