[Olympus] ToF rates from Monte Carlo

Dear all,
	After we had discussions at the recent collaboration meeting about the effect of the magnetic field on the expected rates in the ToFs, I went ahead and ran a simulation using the OLYMPUS Monte Carlo to address this topic.  I've written up the results, which I will attach, and also post to the wiki.  Please let me know if you have any comments, questions, or suggestions.  We can discuss any ideas at this week's Monday meeting.
