Dear Colleagues,

Here is an update of the crane status and the schedule:

The crane will not be ready on Friday. The motor will be back some time on
Monday, will then be installed and checked out. We shifted some activities
and tried to do items scheduled for next week.

The modification of the interlock system and power off button is being finished
right now. This afternoon (13:00 - 18:00 hrs) the tunnel will be closed in order
to perform the interlock pre-tests.
Temporary (key) access will be possible after about 18:00hrs.

Tomorrow the tunnel will be closed (interlock set) from 7:00 to about 18:00 hrs
for power supply test of the DORIS magnets and the test of our magnet starting
at 10:00 hrs.

On Monday, we will try to close the sub-detector frame again. This should work now
after the modification of the target support (stiffening bars underneath the box
beams). We will then open the main detector frame.
The ceiling will hopefully be closed Monday afternoon.

The survey is now scheduled to start on Tuesday.

Best regards,
Uwe
