[Olympus] Installation schedule

Dear all,

here are the results from the 2pm meeting.

The target has been installed and the vacuum is good. Cooling has been 
turned on.

The north wall construction is almost finished. However, right now the 
crane is broken and it is unclear how quickly it can be repaired.
Assuming that the ceiling can still be closed by Friday, the plan is:

-to survey DORIS ("network") on Monday-Tuesday
-to install the SYMB support and collimator on Monday-Tuesday
-to do the final survey of the target on Wednesday
-to close the mainframe thereafter (probably Wednesday)
-to mount the forward left TOFs 1 and 2 thereafter
-to survey the detector on Thursday and eventually lift it during this 
survey as needed

If everything goes well, the ring access will be closed end of next week, 
interlocks will be tested after Aug 1, and beam is scheduled for the 
following Friday Aug 5.

There will be only one person from the survey group available next 
week (Rainer Emmler). That is why there will be no opportunity to do the 
pre-survey of SYMB at this time. For the purpose of making sure that 
everything works mechanically and fits in, and for the rates measurements 
in August, it should be sufficient to mount the collimator without precise 
survey of colli vs. table. The support setup can be pulled out again after 
the August test, and be surveyed offline for its final installation in 
October. Without the pre-survey at this time, it is fine if SYMB is 
delivered to DESY on Monday.
