Dear Michael and Alexander,
I would take the list presented here as a first approach to the final
one as some positions are missing there.
Some of them can be promptly indicated :
1) "OLYMPUS" coordinator at DORIS (beam conditions etc.)
2) Slow Control, data taking monitoring        Anton Izotov;
2) Track reconstruction  and event building  ;
3)Production of the data sample file  ;
4)Monte Carlo with proper digitization of all sub-detectors and
background contribution included  ;
5)Taking into account in MC rad.corrections, two photon exchange effect
on measured asymmetry (!!);
  I find the position "Offline Jan Bernauer" very uncertain. It
includes too many various trends. It must be no doubt split up
possibly soon. To me, the additional items indicated above are not to
be included at the later stage, but now, possibly soon. We may
rearrange them later on which will be much easier than to start from
zero level.Let's take into account that we have two very limited in
time data taking period in 2012 and must be capable to analyze the data
obtained early in 2012 just after the first run will be finished.
    With best regards StanB
