[Olympus] Contact list

Dear Colleagues,

	Attached is a first attempt at creating a contact list for the experiment.  I have listed the major components and made some initial entries for the contact people.  The list of contacts should have the primary people responsible listed first.  Each component should have a contact at DESY during running and someone must be reachable 24/7.  Please provide additional contacts for all components.

	I have included as much information as I know.  Please send me more information.  Particularly DESY phone numbers and mobile phone numbers.

	Please let me know if I have forgotten anything.
