[Olympus] Beam time and year review

Dear Colleagues,
let me second Alexander and congratulate you all on the achievements of 
this year. Imagine where we stood 12 months or even 6 months ago.
There is a number of well defined tasks that we still need to accomplish 
in January in order to get ready for a first successful run in February.

Besides, I would ike to re-emphasize the importance to analyze the 
acquired data from last week in a timely manner, for
-rates in SYMB, GEM, MWPC, (and TOF) versus current*flow
-elastic event selection with 'high' statistics

It is equally important that the anlaysis be performed within the cooker 
framework, with codes centralized as much as as possible. It is important 
to demonstrate by January that we are able to use this framework to 
produce meaningful results.
