[Olympus] Scratch discs on ocompile now available

Dear colleagues,

for local (temporary) file storage on ocompile two new directories 
(/data/scratch and /data/scratch1) were created, each of these volumes has 
1.8TB local storage. Please note again, that these directories are *not* 
backed up.
