[Olympus] Electrical Accident due to BNC-Adapter

There was an electrical accident when the BNC adapter shown in the attachme=
nt
was used. The connections are not covered. A maximum voltage was not specif=
ied. =

In case you are using an adapter of this type, make sure that the voltage d=
oes
not exceed  50V AC, 120V DC.  =


The adapter is a DESY stock item and is now replaced by a different type.
