[Olympus] Draft agenda for OLYMPUS Collaboration meeting 26-27 April

Dear Colleagues,

	Attached is the initial proposal for collaboration meeting agenda.  Please send me any comments or suggestions.

	The general structure is to cover bureaucratic items Monday morning, then review the results of the February test run, followed by an update on the status of all components.  We meet with the DESY directorate in the afternoon (note the exact time may change).  The usual dinner will be arranged for Tuesday evening once Uwe selects a restaurant.

	Wednesday morning we will discuss the DESY test beam plans.  Then we will begin discussions on organisation for online/offline analysis followed by the Monte Carlo studies.

	Wednesday afternoon we will go over the schedule particularly the planned roll-in in the middle of July.  Then the status of the hall, improved design of target system, and the experience with DORIS and 2 GeV running will be presented.

	Finally I will give a quick outline of my planned presentation for the DESY PRC which will be given on Thursday, 28 April.
