[Olympus] Draft agenda for OLYMPS collaboration meeting 30-31 August

due to a clash with our PANDA meeting in Groningen, 
I will not be able to come to our Olympus-meeting 
on Monday/Tuesday.
The same will be true for most of our other 
collaborators like David and Yue.
